Grand Campaign

• No roll for Prussian entry in 1806 is already at war.
• Leaders can be deployed in production cities where 4 SP have just been added.
• After liberation of Russia, then entry of allied troops into Prussia does not change her alignment.
• Lessen naval ghosts glitches.

Bug fixes

• After a withdraw plus a failed attempt to join another battle, the opponent was able to advance into the defender’s hex which was still occupied by defending units.
• Mixed of units in the logs between several games
