Bug fixes:

• Resigning an online game which has not really started
• Undo a voluntary withdrawal could cause the battle sequence to abort and end the turn
• Grand Campaign : the alliance DRM was not always granted for a minor group if one member had nothing to build
• Grand Campaign: Bavarian units cannot be built before France control of Munich
• Grand Campaign: Delivering build point to neutral occupied Prussia was temporary aligning it with France.
